Cube Dance is a custom effect for After Effects. I created it so I could make 3D cubes without having to individually rotate layers. It also allows you to animate the offset, scale and rotation of each axis.
This is what happens when you link Trapcode Particlular to each side of the cube and then make the cube invisible.
